Using this website
The guide serves static pages. It does not provide user accounts, a newsletter form or an on-site checkout. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages people visit, how they find the guide and how they interact with the site. Google processes usage, device and browser information and may store analytics cookies in your browser. Read Google’s Privacy Policy for details. The server hosting a page may process basic request information such as an IP address and browser details to deliver it.
GetYourGuide widgets
Pages with activity widgets load GetYourGuide content automatically. Your browser connects to GetYourGuide and its service providers to display offers; those requests can disclose network and browser information and the page requesting the widget. GetYourGuide controls the data processing associated with its services.
Booking providers
Clicking a hotel or activity booking button takes you to Expedia or GetYourGuide. The provider’s privacy policy and booking terms apply there. Partner identifiers in activity links support referral attribution. We do not receive your payment-card information through this website.
Editorial images and local storage
Destination and hotel images are served from the same site. You can browse the guide without an account. Third-party activity content operates under the provider’s own policies.
Interactive maps
The map uses locally hosted Leaflet code. When you approach a map section, your browser requests map tiles from OpenStreetMap, which receives network and browser request information. No precise device location is requested. The map is an orientation aid and does not provide navigation or live road status.
